Delivery Partners
Our delivery partners are SF-INTERNATIONAL and DHL.
We will choose the best logistics and distribution method based on the shipping address provided.
Delivery Time
Transit Time
- US Orders: 5 - 8 business days, shipped Monday to Friday.
- Non-US Orders: 15 - 25 business days, shipped Monday to Friday.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Rules
We use SF-INTERNATIONAL and DHL for most of our shipments.
We are not responsible for the shipping transition time. Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather or special circumstances. Once a package is shipped, we cannot retrieve, redirect, or otherwise interfere with the shipment to its destination.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If we have processed and shipped your order within 24 hours, we are unable to cancel it. If you contact us after the order has been shipped, we cannot recall it. You can return the package to our US warehouse once you receive it. If we have not processed your order, we can cancel it per your request.
Tracking numbers will be sent to customers once the package has been shipped.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico or any outlying US territories. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.
We do not offer local pickup.
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please notify us as soon as possible of any errors in your shipping address.
